Cancellation terms and conditions:

Whale watching cruises are never canceled unless the captain judges that the weather conditions are too dangerous to make the trip. Rain is not a reason for cancellation.

Otherwise, if you cancel in advance here are our conditions:

  • 30 days and more: we keep 10%
  • 7 to 29 days : we keep 50%
  • 6 days or less: we keep 100%

The amounts kept are transferable to another date depending on availability (valid for 1 year). Location error: no refunds.
